As every month passes I just can't believe how time is flying by.
You say "ma-ma", "da-da" and "baby", but that's about it. You don't try to say a lot, but you show us that you understand every single thing that we say!
You love pasta and bread, carrots and green peas. Sometimes you like watermelon and cantaloupe, but it depends on your mood.
You let me know if you're tired by laying your head down on the floor, a pillow or my shoulder. I am so thankful that you go to sleep at nap time and bedtime so easy (for now at least!) and I literally thank God for it! You fall asleep in some of the cutest positions and most of the time you are holding one of your sister's fuzzy, old receiving blankets instead of your "Lovey".
You are getting to be such a big girl. You let me know that you wanted your toenails painted when I was painting your sister's and of course, I painted them. You look at them and smile and I can tell that it pleases you when we say that they look pretty.

Baby Ellie, I have just convinced your Daddy that we do not need a mini van unless we're having another baby. I think it's safe to say that you complete us...for now at least.

Love the painted toes!! Andrew didn't say a whole lot in the beginning but he knew everything we were saying. Then, his language skills just took off!
Every month is better than the last!!!
Such sweetness! I love the toes and the photo above of the legs through the crib slats. Happy 13 months Ellie!
