Hop on over to Musings of a Housewife to visit the "What I learned This Week" bloggy carnival. Here are a few things that I learned this week.
-Three-year old tantrums aren't any better than two-year old tantrums.
-Being away from Big Daddy is totally messing The Muffin up.
-I feel like a bad mom because of the above two things I learned this week.
-I'm ready for Baby E to arrive...I think.
-I'm not the only one who thinks that Baby E could possibly arrive before her scheduled due date of June 7. Thank You, midwife Wesley!
-Having a clean windshield makes me feel so much better.
-Having Big Daddy scrub the bugs off of the windshield makes me feel great!
-We love K.ing's Hawa.iian Bread in this house...a lot.
-The Muffin is pays attention to me, even when I think she's not. I asked when Baby E was coming out. She usually says in June, but his time she said, "well, through your birth canal". I was so proud even if some people think that's TMI for a three year old.

Loved your lessons even though some of them might have been hard. But lessons learned usually are aren't they?
Blessings,
Kim
The hard lessons are often the ones that we needed to know. Hope you have a great week!
Three year old tantrums are way WORSE than 2 year old tantrums, LOL.
Here's something my sister did with her son when he was three and still throwing quite the tantrums...she took a picture of him, or two or three, in the middle of the tantrum, and then later when things were quieted down, she showed him what he looked like. He didn't like it! The next time he began a tantrum, she reminded him of what he looked like, and he slowly but surely snapped out of it!
That is so cute! There's nothing wrong with an educated three year old!
I can't believe you only have a month! So exciting. Costco sells these sweet rolls that I swear taste like Hawaiian bread. Yum!
Three has actually been more noticeable for tantrums than two was, for both of my children. I don't mean to depress you, just to let you know it's normal.
Also, don't discount that the Muffin knows that a baby is coming and that often contributes to tantrums. My daughter didn't hate her baby brother, but she took her feelings out on me. Just be sure to give her lots of loving and it will be okay.
Just wait. 10 year old tantrums are even less fun than 2 & 3 year old tantrums!
LOL about the birth canal!!! So funny. Yeah, they really DO hear everything we say don't they? :-)
My almost-4-year-old screamed for 10 minutes straight outside. I had people coming outside to make sure she wasn't being murdered. I hate tantrums!
I love that she knows how baby is coming out. I've been bashful about explaining it to Elaina but if she asks, I probably will tell her.
"Through your birth canal..." awesome.
